Introduction to Renesas M1000 & M3000 MRAM - STT Technology

In this module, we will introduce the Renesas M3000 and M1000 series, which are high-frequency non-volatile MRAM of 108MHz. Learn how this series of MRAM devices delivers outstanding reliability and over 20 years of data retention performance. Unlike traditional non-volatile SRAM, these devices do not require a backup battery or capacitors. The M3000 supports quad SPI SDR & DDR interfaces, operates from -40 ° C to + 105 ° C, and is available in SOIC or WSON packages. In addition to a description of the target market and application, support documentation is available.
