Introduction to Renesas RA4T1 & RA6T3 MCU Motor Control

AMBP11014: This module introduces the RA family's newest motor control MCUs, the RA4T1 and RA6T3. The RA4T1 and RA6T3 are ideal solutions for motor and inverter applications that require high performance in a small package. It has well-balanced performance, functions, and expandability, making it an ideal entry point for RA motor control MCUs. This course takes approximately 27 minutes.

AMBP11013: In this module we introduce the Renesas RA4E2 and RA6E2 groups and examine the key advantages of these devices and the unique features they offer. These devices are the most cost effective RA microcontrollers using the M33 operating at 100 or 200MHz, and are the smallest MCU in the RA family with on-chip CAN-FD and I3C interfaces with full speed USB available down to a 4x4 mm2 36 pin BGA package. This material will also explain the target applications for the RA4E2/6E2 groups and cover the development tools available at launch.

Introduction to Renesas RA6T2 32-Bit MCU for Motor Applications

This device uses an ARM Cortex M33 core, is positioned in the Motor ASSP category at 240MHz operation, and is available in 512KB and 256KB flash and 48-pin-100-pin QFN & LQFP packages.

Introduction to Renesas RA4E1 & RA6E1 32-Bit MCU

AMBP11011: This module introduces RA4E1 and RA6E1. Both are new products of the RA 32-bit MCU product family. This new MCU product group is the first entry-level product in the RA4 and RA6 series with Arm® Cortex®-M33 core. By reducing and optimizing some specifications of traditional mainstream products, reasonable pricing can be achieved and evaluation can be easily started.

Introduction to Renesas RA6M5 32-Bit MCU

AMBP11008: This module introduces RA6M5. The RA6M5 is a new addition to the 32-bit MCU RA family. This MCU group uses Arm® Cortex®-M33 as the core and operates at a maximum of 200MHz. It has a wealth of attractive peripheral functions such as an octa-memory interface and CAN-FD, and of course it has a full range of security functions such as TrustZone. It is a microcontroller that is positioned at the top of the current RA family. It will take approx. 17 minutes to complete.

Introduction to Renesas RA6T1 32-Bit MCU for Motor Control ARM

AMBP11003: In this module, we introduce the RA6T1. The RA6T1 is the first product for motor control to be added to the RA Family of 32-bit MCUs, with optimized peripheral functions. In addition, we have prepared the RA6T1 RSSK, sample programs, and a motor control development support tool that can be used to start evaluation immediately after unpacking. The RA6T1 supports a PWM timer that has various output modes, an analog function (PGA, comparator) that contributes to reduced BOM, and a safety function that protects the inverter circuit. In addition, using the motor control development support tool, the RA6T1 RSSK allows you to read and write variables and display waveforms while operating the motor, or automatically adjust the parameters that are necessary to control vector.

AMBP11002: Renesas RA6M4 32-bit MCU with ARM Cortex M33 & Trustzone
